The service is extremely poor. The Manager needs training how to deal with customers. The food served had hair and the manager never had the manners to meet with the unsatisfied customer. She said to the server that the is a ticklish matter. Ministry of Health is required here before people gets sick
I went to this spot last night, got there at 1am..was told it was a private party when my friends were inside and I knew for a fact that it wasn’t. The black female that was working the door made me and my friend wait in the doorway for 15 mins while my friend inside argued for us to get in. She was told that in order for us to be let in, she had to buy drinks for someone inside that is not staff nor associated with the establishment in any formal manner. Once inside food and drinks were purchased and before drinks and food was even finished, although this place closes at 3 am on a Saturday night, the security yelled, startling everyone at out table that we had to finish our drinks at 1:50am. The security guard that did this was a tall black man that never used please or any restaurant type etiquette one would expect and no staff seemed to find anything wrong with this behavior. He proceeded to clear our tables by picking up our bottles and our buckets. About 3 minutes later he yelled again and stood about 10 feet from where our party was sitting waiting for us to leave. Nothing was said to this ‘rent a cop’ by management or any staff which I think speaks volumes for the management capabilites here. If you’re planning an event or just a night out. Reconsider.Our party was celebrating 2 birthdays and this was the treatment we were greeted with at island mix pickering. I think these guys got some house cleaning to do. Won’t be going here again.
