I enjoyed a lovely lunch here today with a coworker. She had the lunch special – Fettuccine w/ Side Caesar ($12) – and remarked that it tasted very good. It was actually pretty hearty too! So much so that she ended up packing most of it up for later. For me, I had the Blackened Chicken w/ Side Caesar ($12) which came topped with pickled onions, cilantro-lime mayo, and cheeeeeeeese! Yum yum yum. The spice on the chicken was good and the toppings were a great touch. The bun was a take it or leave it kind of bun. Our server was pleasant and our food came quickly. Will be back!

A Restaurant in Decline. Have been to Massey’s many times over the years and it is definitely going down hill.Used to be lineups but no more, I guess that says something.Decor is dated and well worn.One of the entrees I have always liked was their liver and onions., but no more.Last couple of visits they insist on overcooking the liver despite my request for pink interior.Liver dried out, bacon so crunchy and dried out it was inedible.To compound the insult the baked potato and veggies are consistently undercooked.How do you undercook broccoli?? it only takes 3-4 minutes at home.The only thing that is good are their desserts. They still seem to take pride in them.
