2018/11/10We were out for the afternoon and we stopped in Pickering for dinner at Milos Greek. This is a medium-sized restaurant with seating for about 100. It was less than half full when we arrived after 6 pm. We were seated near a window, it was cold outside, and unfortunately the full-sized windows were not doing enough to keep the cold out. SWBMO ordered the Spanakopita and Greek Salad, and added one skewer of Chicken Souvlaki. She felt that the Spanakopita was factory made. It tasted fine, but did not look house made. The chicken had a nice char and good flavour. I picked Moussaka and Greek Salad. The Moussaka was tasty, and the bechamel topping was soft, smooth and creamy. Most places serve their Moussaka with a bit of caramelization on top, but I kind of liked this variation. Service was pleasant and polite. If the dining room wasnt so cold, it would have been a nicer meal.

I’ve always ignored the absolutely terrible service both at the resultant in the takeout and most profoundly on the phone. I guess restaurants like this stay in business Because of good food. And I will say the food is good.But I’ve had about enough!we , I mean me are the consummate consumers we can go to the internet and find it cheaper ,better ,more convenient And In my case better customer service. I won’t be ordering from Milo’s Greek in Pickering .
Bad bad bad. This place is awful. The windows are dirty and it was cold when I went. Our food took way too long to come out. When the salad came out they were warm, warm as in not cold at all. I ordered he chicken souvlaki and the vegetable were mushy and tasteless and it was clear it was frozen and the rice had hard pieces and was also tasteless. The chicken was ok since I smothered it in tziki sauce. Would never go back here since the food was awful and over priced.
Very friendly staff, nice environment , and the food was very tasty and a decently large portion. The souvlaki meals are reasonably priced and are served with greek salad and two side dishes along with toasted garlic bread! Not my favourite geek restaurant but very good!
Their mixed veggies were freezer vegetables. Mushy and still cold! Awful food.
I give it 2/5. I have eaten many a souvlaki in my day and these were just not up to par. Servers and staff were pleasant but food was lackluster. Meat tasted salty and over marinated. Potatoes tasted beefy. This would be an alright place if you were in a pinch and would be ok with kids but there are better places to go for authentic Greek food. Disappointing to say the least.
