I just spend over 60 dollars in take out. When I got home I realized that there was no sweet and sour sauce for my battered shrimp oh well I’ll forget it and have lemon on it instead. I then went to have some Cantonese chow me in, the noodles were hard and you could see that some were still white (uncooked) like in those Mr. Noodle packages. I’ve never had Cantonese chow mein like this before at any restaurant. I thought maybe because my order was so fast that maybe it turned out like this by accident so I called Paul Wongs, the lady who took my order said please hold, then a Chinese man came on the phone and basically said that this is the way that we cook this and he didn’t know anything about the sweet and sour sauce that they forgot. He couldn’t understand l English that well and didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t even say sorry or offer to replace the dish or anything. In my opinion this was VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE if you ask me. They are supposed to be one of the best in town, well they really proved it,not. They just lost a customer and any potential customers that I might have sent their way!!!
