Don’t wear your hat!. Food is mediocre at best, the price is right, I have eaten there many times until recently.Apparently there is a sign at the entrance before you walk in about not wearing your hat (new rule?). Well I have not seen it, upon entering the lady asked me to remove it, so i did. I sat down and looked over the menu, and that is when the owner came up and started to ream on me about having my hat on. I had taken it off when asked to do so, but apparently it has to be taken off before even entering the building!. He continued his rant, and i basically walked out the door never to return. Beware the HAT nazi!
I used to live a block away from jade express and used to order from the at least three times a week. Every single time i ordered a vegetarian tofu fried rice, there would always be little bits of meat in it. She also lied about there being gelatin in the JJ tofu dish. She is nice but the meals and consistency was very disappointing if you have dietary needs/restrictions.
Food is pretty good, got beef with rice noodles which was fantastic!
AMAZING!. Absolutely hands down the best spring rolls anywhere. Ever.They’re huge, and they give you this clear broth-ish sauce to dip them in – Oh my god they’re just incredible – a must eat.
