This review is based on my last visit to the Prospector. I ordered the 10 oz. New York strip Anyway, it was the thinnest steak I’ve had served to me, it looked like a fast fry steak….and for the price….c’mon Prospector!! I was literally shocked because I’ve ordered the same thing from there before and there was a night and day difference between the two steaks. I was very very disappointed and probably won’t return
