I am not sure what all the complaints are about – Sushi Station is unreal. Been going here for years and everything weve tried has been great quality, WAY better than sushi bowl and Tokyo house, and wasabi does make some things better but the couple things they do better arent worth tripling my bill. The servers are so kind, kid-friendly and good at their jobs. We do pick-up and eat-in, and have never been let down. We dont do the all you can eat unless its lunchtime, but it is worth the cost if you can eat 2 rolls or more – we cannot, a roll and a half is more than enough. The comments about the servers unable to explain things – well, its a language barrier, just look it up online, its all made quite similar with minuscule changes. Highly recommend!
Lots of variety, and cheaper then any other place in Thunder Bay. Sushi isn’t bad , however I would still recommend sushi from the sushi bowl or wasabi over the sushi station. The waitresses hovered around us the entire time , just standing there, and stared at me while I was trying to eat for a solid 10 mins straight which was odd and annoying. Also weren’t able to answer my questions about the menu very well. If u want the best in town don’t go here , go to sushi bowl!! More expensive but worth it.I probably won’t go back to sushi station unless I’m broke and in need of a sushi fix
