I had Pad Thai with shrimp and spring roll. It was my first time eating there, and I was pretty impressed with the food! Good portion food, and reasonable price. The place wasn’t busy but the phone kept ringing the whole time I was eating, and peole are coming in to pick up their orders. I Also had a tarot bubble tea, it was alright. The service was alright too, but the server didn’t offered us any water refills,nor asked us if we’re enjoying the food. They asked after we paid our bill though. I give 4 for the food, and 1 for the service. And pretty good tip too.
This place is amazing! The food is fantastic, never ever had a bad meal here. I do my best to try something different each time I go but is a difficult thing to do!

Tom Yum Soup. Done with hot and sour base, this pork infused soup has plenty of noodles and broccoli to go around. A bit of zip, and satisfying.14 Jan, 2015Great Asian food!. The food at the Thai Kitchen is superb. The way the food is prepared, it can hold it’s own against other Thai restaurants in Canada from what I’m told. I usually order the Tom Yum #8 full size with extra pork. You just CAN’T GO WRONG with that combo. Flavourful, amazing quality, and consistent. I can’t count the number of times I’ve eaten there, and I’ve never been let down.You gotta eat here if you like Asian cuisine. Probably some of the best Asian food in Thunder Bay.

Flavorful Thai. Excellent Thai. I went the same route i usually go. I simply got the Pad Thai (10.95). Excellent peanutty flavor. The sauce came on the side. To express how good it was I pretty much licked the bowl clean – for real. The spring rolls are excellent ($2 each) we had to order some more during the meal. The crisp on the roll was perfect. My girlfriend got the spicy chicken noodle dish (forget the name – 11.95) and it was also good. She got the level two spiciness and wishes she got the on with some spice on the side to add. but it the spice wasnt unbearable. We also got their bubble drink (3.75) – mango flavor with large tapioca balls. That was really good also. Unfortunately they were out of dessert. on the list they had a sticky rice and a red bean type thing. I was excited for the sticky rice but they were sold OUT! Seriously? I was a little disappointed. If you want the dessert they said you need to be there as early as possible. Side note for US people. Thunder Bay is in Eastern time zone. ha. that was a mistake. probably could have had sticky rice if we knew that!
Amazing. Great value for the large portion sizes. They offer a10% discount for takeout if you bring your own containers. I always get at least one vegetarian spring roll ( usually 3) and my favourite dish is the Pad Thai ( mild, vegetarian). I tried Pad Thai from a restaurant in New York City and it was absolutly disgusting. The Thai Kitchen has the best Thai food I’ve ever had 🙂
