We are a small batches fresh food take out restaurant. By serving take out and small batches, the owner/chef is able to prepare all the dishes himself, have direct contact with the customers to learn more of what folks are interested in eating, improvements on our menu items, and suggestions don't get passed on by other staff. We pride ourselves on feeding our neighbourhood and visiting tourists with fresh ingredients, made in house daily by a formally trained chef.
