I’ve walked by this place all summer and finally I made it in. My only regret is that I didn’t go by sooner. First of all, it’s a small space. There are just a handful of stools and two counters along a wall & the outside facing window. I was there for the tacos so I didn’t pay attention to the rest of the menu, although I don’t think there were anything else available. I got the 3 tacos for $10 deal: Baja fish, chorizo & beef. There were all delicious! They also offered a house made hot sauce that added an amazing kick to each bite. You can choose flour or corn tortillas but in all honesty, who would choose flour? Mississauga needs more places like this, we have enough chain restaurants. goatrotichronicles.ca
First off I will say I’m really happy that there is now an actual really good gourmet taco place in Mississauga because we really needed one.The tacos are absolutely delicious. I tried the chicken hermanos, chicken tinga and barbacoa and it was hard to pick a favourite but I would have to go with the chicken tinga.So delicious!! BUT!!3 tacos = $10. But quite honestly I could have ate another 6 tacos and it doesn’t take much food to fill me up. I really wish they were bigger. Also I really wish this place had more to their menu. I know they just opened but they need some sort of sides like chips and gauc at the least because I would of definitely got that too. It would of made my meal more complete but right now they just offer tacos. And if I went back to get 2 or 3 more tacos I would be paying way more than for a burrito at burrito boyz around the corner and that just makes no sense.I will be back.. If they add more to the menu. They are truly delicious but the place was dead a few times I walked/drove by that night so in my opinion some improvements definitely need to be made.
