Compact to the point Italian menu with some amazing pizzas, pastas, coffees, gelato and Italian desserts. Fab wine selection, chic ambience, with not over the top pricing makes the experience better. The view and service – the icing on by the cake. Order taker did make a mistake in punching the order, but with an guest friendly attitude like his, there was not much to be done but forgive. I would hire him as a trainer.
Two of the appetizers we wanted were sold out and after ordering gluten free pasta for my mother, we were told they ran out of gluten free pasta!!!! The manager Raffael (who I spoke to three times prior to our visit) was extremely rude and non apologetic!! The menu says they have gluten free and vegan options which is the primary reason we went there and theres only ONE pizza on the menu thats vegan. We had no choice but to order the one vegan pizza on the menu but when it came out, it was THE WRONG PIZZA!!! Overall, the WORST experience and worst customer service ever. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!! I would much rather McDonalds over this so called authentic Italian restaurant.
