  I don’t normally make post like this but I’ve never Been more disgusted and disappointed in the treatment of customers in my life. And just to clear things up as the manager has been spreading unkind rumours about me I was NOT drunk or with ANY friends… I was in there with my husband and my one year old daughter. On July 1st I was at the port hope McDonald’s travelling home with my daughter and husband at about midnight and I 1. Watched the manager kick all the cars out of drive through 2. Threaten a girl in the parking lot and screamed at her 3. This manager Almost hit my truck as she sped over to block the drivethrough with her van 4. Watched the same manager refuse to give refunds after people waited 1-2 hours for food and I myself also waited 1.5 hours with a baby and was also refused a refund. So yes I got mad especially when she began calling me names and verbally abusing me and yes I yelled back after she got in my face and yes I used choice words to her after all this. This is Absolutely the most disgusting treatment I’ve ever received in my life at the port hope McDonald’s. No body should ever be treated this way and the way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional.

  Probably the worst MacDonald’s I’ve been to in regards to repeated attempts to get my order straight. The day manager at the front order desk was the culprit. Forced to deal with her three times before order was corrected. I know it’s only fast food, but this was bewildering. One of us sat there with no food. She said she would straighten it out, but she did absolutely nothing so I had to approach her again with a little restrained attitude.Also the burgers were very dry. I wonder why?

  Complete screwup. Went there today for the last time luckily I wasn’t getting much, just a drink to go. I’ve been dissatisfied with it for a while, its always very dirty inside which isn’t even the main concern since I can get the food to go. Real problem is the staff is very rude and extremely sloppy in how they do business. Even today the girl behind the counter completely screwed up my order then refused to listen when I told her what I wanted, on top of that she screwed me out of the change (luckily it wasn’t much) & repeatedly lied about it. Since the same franchise owners operate the mcdonalds in cobourg in addition to the location inside the cobourg walfart I’ll be avoiding this chain from now on. Whats the point of eating out just to get ripped off, insulted n be subjected to dirty conditions.
