Bad communication.. Very dissatisfied. We had a cupcake tower with a gluten free cake as the topper for our wedding. My requests and visions were made infinitely clear through multiple means of communication and the end result was NOT what we had discussed. The cupcakes were tastey, but a little simple for a wedding. The gluten free cake (the only part my husband could eat) was a hot mess! What was to be piped damask all over the cake appeared to be generated stick on pieces and left the top of the cake completely bare! The filling was not a separate part of the cake, it had soaked into the cake and the cake knife and server that was supposed to be there for us to use was nothing more than a wooden handled pie server…not to mention she left behind the thank you card I wrote for her thanking her for her services…it was on the head table. Bad business and even worse communication.
