Had terrible service here, even when we asked for the manager the woman who said she was the manager was so rude! We waited 2 hours for our food and when we told the manager she asked what do you want me to do about it? Horrible! I will not return to this location! I do love Swiss Chalet but this location is terrible!
Usually Swiss chalet is okay but this place is so filthy and run down. Ordered a salad with chicken breast strips on top and some of the lettuce leaves were black and rotted. Something you would see Gordon Ramsay yelling with disgust at. Well they served me that garbage and when I told the waiter he said oh. Would you like another one? I didn’t and tried to get images of their disgusting salad out of my head. Won’t go back
