Was pleasantly surprised by how good their nachos were. Cheese and chili was tasty and well distributed so even the nachos underneath were delicious. That’s all I had so I can’t really comment on the rest right now but I’ll be going back to try their wings out ?? instagram.com
Fantastic Food. We (party of three) visited the pub Sunday 7th April around lunch time. The place looks tidy, little bit cold and outdated. We were greeted by the bar tender and we selected our own own table. I requested a pint of Guinness, but the server offered Murphy’s Irish Stout. We are originally from the UK and Murphy’s Irish Stout (often simply Murphy’s) is as good as Guinness if not better.The server claimed that most of the pubs in that area offers Murphy’s rather than Guinness, because of the price. I must say, the food was great. We ordered1 -PANKO COATED CALAMARI (Fantastic)2- STEAK & KIDNEY PIE (Brilliant and home made. Not the usual freezer and microwave pie)3- One pound of wings – Cajun (The best in comparison to other places)4 -MEAT LOVERS PIZZA (Fantastic)The place needs an update and the server(s) should have paid a little bit more attention to her customers. I had to go to the bar to place an order for a drink, not a problem.Definitely, we will visit the place again
Great place to hang out at. Just moved to richmondhill with my boyfriend, he and his friends frequent often for sporting events or just to grab a good meal, which this place has. Lots of items to choose from on the menu and great selections of pub fare and great entrees. My first time here and had the pork chop with mango peach salsa and it was moist and feeling. All the portions I saw that night were pretty huge. My boyfriend comes here often as I said earlier and they say they have great deals every night on food. Lots of draft selection and a huge patio. To cold to sit outside now, but the guys loveIt out there in the nice weather. I’ll be back.
No complaints here. It’s roomy, can always get a seat, it gets packed during special events. Waitresses are very cool ladies, very nice and friendly with a sense of humour. We go there usually for the wings and beer. Nice selection of beers on tap including all your domestic favourites plus Stella Artois and Stiegl! Their dry cajun wings are fricken great, righteous wings. Nice deals for wings on Wednesdays and games nights. I’m not a huge fan of the rest of their menu but it’s not bad. Pool Table and darts for that classic pub experience, karaoke night on Friday is kinda fun but too loud to talk.
Never Again. Low class place, typical richmond hill crowd, no personality. They’re very rude, they talk out loud amongst themselves about you, insulting you, unreal.
Archibalds Pub. I Love this place, If you like sports great food and great service this is the place to go. Just moved to Richmondhill and have tried many restaurants and franchise restaurants but all the food does not compare to Archibalds. I’ve been told its the oldest Pub in Richmondhill, but it doesn’t look like it. Very clean and food is not just Pub food.. They have daily food specials that you can tell its all home made. Try there steaks great quality and flavour with great price. With fall and winter on its way its a great way to go and have a hearty meal and enjoy the warmth of the fire place in the middle of the dining room. They have many different beers on tap. The waitesses are all friendly and cute. My friends and I make this our local spot now. Give it a try, youll like it.
