Worst customer service ever. I had moved in the area and started going to coffee time. I went in like I do everyday,but this time was given stale coffee,so I asked for a fresh pot to be made. The employee started to do it, but I noticed that the paper cup was sitting on the burner,oppose to the actual coffee pot. I immediately questioned him and said that it’s not the way to make coffee, and the employee told me to leave as I am a trouble maker to him. I said no I am not, all I’m asking for is the coffee to be made properly. From then on he ignored my request for the coffee, or the request for my money back. I walked out with the donut I had purchased and no coffee. I went back the next day knowing the manager would be there, since I’m an everyday customer but when I explained the situation he asked if I’d like my money back or the coffee. I took the coffee which was actually mine since I bought it the day before, but he never offered any other food or drinks. The manager has to remember, he didn’t give me free coffee, he actually did nothing for me at all. I’m a small 30 year old female, and he had a 6′ male employee being rude to me and if it isn’t for paying customers supporting his business, he’d have no business at all, so why not do something to make the customer happy? Anyways I was spending $25 per week that he didn’t have before me coming, but he would rather upset the paying customer.
