MIXED GRILL is my favorite entree at @Cyancafe It is an assortment of skewers including beef tenderloin, chicken tikka and beef kebab, served with salad and a choice of rice or fries. Me & my friends upgraded the salad to the Cyan Mediterranean. The Beef Tikka is extremely juicy & flavored. This is a great dish to share. It is enough for 3 ppl if you order appetizers with it. Decor/Ambiance:A+ for decor, the place stays true to its theme of blue. The walls are lit up with lights, there are couches along the wall for a comfortable seating. TVs all over the place. A nice place to come lounge and smoke shisha. Service:Once you are seated forget about service. You have to track them down (even after pressing the buttons on the tables several times). The first time she came right away but as soon as this Place starts getting busier it becomes a mission. We decided to order food after being there for a little while. After waiting so long it was time for us to leave. Sadly, can’t review food as we never got it. We got up to pay and they wanted to charge us for the food which we never got. It got sorted out but after I look at my bill I was still charged extra $7 for God knows what. So be aware and check your bills promptly. It’s such a shame this place is beautiful, and got the right menu but with service lacking this bad I won’t be returning.
horrible place. stay away! went with couple friends, and after 30 min waiting to be seated, we were shocked to see undercover police come in and ask the owner to go to the back. food arrived and it was mediocre at best.
This lounge/Cafe is one of the best I’ve been too. Food is absolutely amazing, I’m a regular customer, I come here with my friends all the time. It has an amazing atmosphere with nice music. For people who are going to try this place out on Friday or Saturday, you better make reservations!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The service at this place is extremely terrible. 3 of us showed up to this place and were told there is a one hour wait time until we can get a table. This is all while they have 3 large tables available that could sit 6-8 people. We were told all 3 large tables are reserved. We were there for almost 3 hours and nobody showed up to use these tables. It took them over 20 minutes to come and take our order after sitting us. It took over 45 minutes to get our food and they got our entire order wrong. When we complained to the owner/manager we barely got an apology and the waiter just started giving us attitude.
WATCHOUT FROM THIS CRAZY PLACE. This is stupid place!! Service not good very slow and watch out from beer bottles hitting your head!!I was there on hallaween and I saw a lot of people buying alcohol in cyan and bringing the alcohol outside and many people are fighting and throwing beer bottles very dangerous also the owner was throwing bottles I was very scared, hopefully they will not loose their liqor license after what happened yesterday.Dont stay late at night because people there will be drunk
Great Foods and Staff. I have been in this place for many times and I am always satisfied with their tasty middle eastern foods. Aside from it they also have nice drinks and desserts. This is a good place to relax with your friends. They also have wide screen televisions here and the ambiance was very good. Highly recommended.
