2018/5/6We were in the mood for Chinese food for dinner and decided to give Fantasy Eatery a try. The restaurant was more than half full when we arrived, and was filling up fast. One thing interesting about the decor was the dozens and dozens of glass ornaments suspended from the ceiling over the bar. Perhaps this was intended to symbolize the fantasy?We wanted to start off with some Hot & Sour Soup, and we asked our server if the small size would be enough for two. He suggested the medium, which ended up being really too big, in our opinion. The soup itself was pretty good, with just enough heat to bring a gentle glow to our brows.One of our main dishes was General Tsos Chicken. A bit too heavy on the breading, but otherwise good. Our second dish was Beef with Mushrooms and Green Onion. A couple of gristly pieces, but good flavour.
