Terrible. Food is not good. Tasteless and salty. The pizza is good but everything else has gone downhill. I have been here many times over the years but this place is now done. Service is friendly but slow and confused. Everything came is disarray. And they forget dishes. Too busy chatting. The manager was nice and came to apologize but he has lots of work to fix up this place! I will not be back.
Good Restaurant, Average foodhad lunch there today and food was fine. lunch menu is short and sweet. you don’t get many options but it seems OK. prices match the food and restaurant.I went through their menu couple of times and didn’t see anything which makes me go hungry. Food was amazing, but a bit on the pricey end. They let you sit there on hours end. As for the service, although the waitress was super enthusiastic, my water glass stayed empty almost the entire night even though I had asked for water a few times already.
Thanks for the $20 off coupon from Fraticelli’s via Email, I got to come back and give them another try.I love the idea of having a feature menu as the regular menu had not been changed for years and I always like the try new things!Lamb Shank ($31) was so tender and tasty. I love the Parsley-Mint gremolata garnish and being braised in Chianti gave it a more complex flavour.Fettuccini Gamberetti ($20) was just so pretty in Green with the help of pesto sauce and baby arugula. Love the plating!There was no hostess at the front when I walked in and waiting in the front for over 5 minute until one of the wait staff noticed me. I could tell the restaurant was really understaffed. But good to see that the place was busy.
Spagetti Carbonara. Met up with my girlfriends a few weeks ago at Fraticellis……ordered the spaghetti carbonara. It was dry…devoid of any sauce, and quite tasteless. Not like the creamy carbonara I have had in other restaurants! Needs much improvement! Why can’t they use tagliatell or some other pasta? Packed up left overs and thought it would taste better next day…but ended up throwing it in the garbage!
Dined with friends last night at our favorite table (#14). Food is always good and served hot. Our server was delightful. Have eaten here many times and will do so in the future. Last nights special was lasagna- excellent/highly recommended
Exceptional dining experience!. If I would have relied on some of the online reviews, I may not have gone to Fraticelli’s. I’m glad I didn’t pay attention to them because our experience was awesome!! From the telephone dinner reservation to the payment of our bill, this was in my top 5 of dining experiences ever!! Mike treated me like a VIP on the phone and came to introduce himself to our table. We sat at a bartop table in the lounge in front of a roaring fireplace – for five hours and never felt rushed. Jaycee, our server, was nothing short of fantastic in every way. Firstly, she instantly recognized two of us from our previous visit, which was several months earlier!! She made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble including special treatment for a birthday celebration!! John, you and your team are the most friendly restaurant staff I’ve ever experienced!! And everything the four of us ordered was delicious, prepared and presented to perfection. Especially the home made tomato sauce and beef short ribs with mashed potatoes (the best short ribs ever!!). Great and varied menu options. I can’t wait to return!!!
