Horrible food. Horrible service. Went for dinner and ordered 2 dinner combos. The spicy braised beef soup was salty and noodles were soggy. Pork chop and chicken with rice and gravy was cold and chicken wasn’t cooked through. We asked the waitress to have it heated up and when it returned, the food was still cold. When we complained, she did nothing about it and just said that they cooked the meat fresh ( sure, fresh but when? an hr ago?). The complimentary soup was salty and had no flavor. All in all, it was thoroughly disappointing. For the 2 entrees it came out to 25$. Save your money and time and go eat elsewhere. We will not be returning.

Bad customer service. Called for delivery and they kept hanging up on me. I called again and asked to place an order and asked what was the minimum for delivery and just said 30 dollars and hang up on me. I ate there few times food was ok not the greatest.

They should be ashamed of themselves. To call what was served to me food! Ketchup and soggy noodles as pad thai with about three very very strange lumps that were supposed to be chicken, but I seriously doubt was anything that you should put in your mouth. Hot and sour soup that was like something fished out of a drain, NO flavor, just brown goo that smelled of wet dish cloth. Look, I’m pregnant, I ate the awful noodles because I was starving and then was sick the whole day after. How could a place like this survive? It should not, please do not give them your money, because they have no respect for food, or for their customers if THIS is what they serve up to a pregnant woman and her child. PS, I went there because of a few reviews on here, I’m sure they got their staff to write some fake reviews for them, Shame.

Bad service that has me shaking my head. I my travels all over southern Ontario and some dark back woods of the USA in my job. I have never experienced bad service at a restaurant like I am about to describe in almost 20 yearsToday. A Trinidadian co worker invited me to lunch. He wanted Chinese and took me to this restaurant near my office. He ordered. Beef in black bean sauce with steamed riceI ordered a shrimp wonton soup and a mandarin chow mienThe waitress brought us water. Then my friends order. He was mid way thru his meal when my won ton arrived. It was cold and there was no soy sauce to it. The server just dropped it on the table and took off as I tried to get her attention. I saw a man who looked like the owner walking around. I raised my hand to get his attention. He waved back and kept walking. I said to my friend what is wrong with these ppl?The waitress came back and I told her what happened. She didn’t have my order. I asked her if she ordered my meal. Yes she said. At that stage I told her that I would never come back there and whyShe said your meal is almost ready. I told her to never mind as I no longer wanted it nor do I want the won ton My friend apologized for taking me there. By now he was done eating. We walked to the cashier. The owner looking man came over. I told him what happened. He says he was busy when I waved at himHe rang up the bill which included the food that I didn’t have. I told him I didn’t have the food and that I would never come back there. He just casually adjusted the bill and said no problem. We went to a traditional restaurant and I are there. I am still shaking my head.

Pretty Bad Experience. A couple of friends and I decided to go here for dinner. The place looked decent although the fact that it was not even half full on a Saturday evening surprised me. The service was so so, the cutlery/glasses were not clean. But the worst thing was that one of our vegetarian friends order a veg dish, and there were clearly pieces of meat in it, being a non-veg, I can vouch for that. When she pointed it out to the server they clearly denied it and did nothing about it. And after that they treated us like we were non-existent. That is no way to run a business, and we will never go back, when there is an abundance of Thai/fusion restaurants like Thai Basil, Restoran Malaysia, Sweet Basil and Vic Hong in Richmond Hill!

I love the 3lbs lobster in Maggie sauce @ $39… The dish is very tasty, excellent dish but the rest of the food is average.
