Came here for dinner with my aunt and it’s amazing what can look like meat but it’s the veggie version.Food is ok but the place doesn’t look the cleanest. I probably wouldn’t go back.

Had a nice dinner here with my daughter and husband on a weekend away. We had a nice noodle soup, and the rice noodles with tofu and veggies. We also had a nice eggplant dish. The food was tasty and the service was good. Not excellent, but it helped so much to find veg Chinese food so close to where we were staying in Richmond Hill. A great place to stop for dinner away from home!

Every time I visit this plaza, I noticed that this place is always packed with patrons. As we arrived around 8pm, there was still a five minute wait before a table freed up. On this dinner visit, we ordered theBean Curd Stick with Stewed Beef ($8.99) and Seafood Fried Rice ($8.99). The fried rice was huge! Best of all, it was really good and I could not believe there was no real seafood in it at all. I don’t know how they found all these mock ingredients to create the texture of real crab meat or squid. The Bead Curd Stick was chewy but the sauce had the right flavor with mushrooms andbroccoli. As I looked around, all their portions are pretty impressive. They even give complimentary sago dessert for a happy ending!

We found this restaurant in an article describing the top vegetarian restaurants in Toronto. We decided to try it out on a Saturday evening. The place was quite busy and looks like an authentic, traditional Chinese restaurant. The menu is very extensive. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly. She quickly realized that we weren’t familiar with various dishes and helped us select from the menu. The food, was very good. In some cases, it was hard to believe that we weren’t eating meat. To top it off, the food was very well priced. One word of caution – they only accept cash.

My wife and i love this restaurant, We brought my parents/ non veggies and they liked it, even my DAD lol.We picked them for our wedding reception, the food was great. We ran out of food because our non veggie guess were eating more of the veggie food lol.I love their veggie sweet n sour chicken, the veggie steak oh and their noodle dishes are yum yum. This place gets my YUM YUM score.

Love it. There are not that many true Chinese vegetarian restaurants in Scarborough/Markham/Richmond Hills area (what a shame). Gourmet is a good value one among the choices. Food tastes good but I find it a bit oily. But I am sure the oil is not lard, but vegetable oil :D. The menu is organized in ascending order of prices, so you can price your meal cost easily.
