We went here to watch a Leafs game on a Saturday night. The place was packed. We ordered food and generally everyone enjoyed what they ordered. However, we will not be returning due to the horrible service we received. Very disappointed.
My go-to spot in Richmond Hill, when I’m looking for a nice comfortable bar close by in the area to go out for a few drinks. They have a good selection on tap, and they offer specials each night giving you great value. The atmosphere is very relaxed, giving you a great pub-feel, however there are also live music nights once or twice a week if you’re looking to get a little more lively.
London Pub Richmond Hill. Crappy place !They advertise salsa lessons on Fridays at 9:30 pm.I went there at 9:15 pm.They said that all the tables are reserved for the evening so they sat me at a little table by the door.Needless to say it was very cold every time the door opened.There were just 2 tables full, the rest were empty for the 2 hours I waited for the Salsa lesson.It never happened…The music started at 11 pm and there was no lesson.I had to order food and drinks if I wanted a table.So after I ate their disgusting food and had two drinks I left.Never going back !
WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD. I am not sure how this bar is surviving! The main thing they serve is …beer. Every time I go there it takes about 20mins for the server to come and take our order. I went on Sunday night and I timed how long it took for them to come and once again it took about 20mins. At one point they had about 6 tables outside with people that had no drinks! What is wrong with that picture??? I watched the manager bus the same table about three time. Priorities!!!!! lol I feel absolutely horrified for the owner of that pub because his manager has absolutely no idea what she is doing!!!! Seriously find a consultant to help turn your pub around because your dumb manager cannot manage a pub and also had no etiquette. The attitude I received from her was BS!!!!!! Manager training 101 NEVER complain to the customer. NEVER make a customer uncomfortable. NEVER admit to customer your faults and brush off any customer. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!
Not bad for a pub. I actually thought the food wasn’t bad for a pub, definitely above pub fare and the drinks are pretty good. I should know, I’ve had every Martini there :).
Awful food and even worse service. If you go with a group, forget about service at all. Tip is automatically added to your bill but no one serves you. Waited an hour for my drink. Waitress didn’t ONCE come by to see if we needed anything. We had to follow her around to ask her for drinks. The food was disgusting. I got fish and chips. Nasty! My friends had to go across the street for pizza after they ordered food because it took so long. It wasn’t even busy yet.
