2019/04/13Theres a fairly large, relatively new Lone Star in Richmond Hill. Wa were meeting another couple there for lunch. There were only a few tables occupied when we had our meal. One of the features in the middle of the restaurant is the large tortilla station, where the machine rolls out the tortilla dough, and sends the dough through a circular baking device. The first serving of Chips and Salsa was complementary. Each additional serving was $2. SWMBO picked the Chicken Enchiladas, which came with three flour tortillas filled with tasty chicken and topped with a melted cheese blend. The rice was touch spicier than she preferred. otherwise she lined her meal. I chose the Chicken Fajitas with Guac and whole Pinto Beans, along with other fajita fixings like lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream, as well as Mexican rice. It was served with three freshly made tortillas, but could have used four. The chicken was a bit dry, but tasted fine with the grilled peppers and onions. Our server was very personable and efficient.
