I came to this place with a friend after trying to eat at Thai Fay that was closed on a Friday night! Times Square was close by but we ended up picking the wrong Vietnamese restaurant. This place was not on the up and up as one section was closed and I swear there were only one chef and one waiter inside. The only thing that added to the atmosphere were the Jays and Mark Buehrle trying to get to 200 innings this season. My friend ordered their steak rice noodle and I ordered their beef brisket on rice. Both items were uninspired and there wasn’t that many slices of beef in my friend’s bowl of noodles even though it was a large. For the price of these items ($9.00), they did not substitute quantity for quality to win you over. This will be my only visit to this place. There are two other Vietnamese restaurants in this plaza, I would go to the other two first.
