We had a great dining experience. Since our last visit years ago the decor has been updated which creates a nice cozy atmosphere. The food and wait staff were excellent, even the manager walks the floor to make sure everyone is being taken care of. We were not rushed at all and enjoyed our stay. My family and I had also booked a special even of over 60 people that was perfect. Definitly a must try for those that have never been before.
Disappointed. My husband and I were very excited to try this restaurant as the menu looked really good. The atmosphere was nice, urban and cozy. I ordered jumbo shrimp with pasta and my husband ordered the special, blacken salmon. There was approx. 6-9 tables and 2 waiters. Our food took over 45 min. to come. My pasta was good, nothing special. However, my husband’s salmon was well over cooked, dry and simply not edible. The worst thing was that his over cooked, dry salmon cost him $34!! It was time to leave and took over 30 min. to get a waiter’s attention to ask for the bill. Service is horrible. They’re friendly, just horrible customer service. If you’re going to pay that kind of money, I highly recommend going somewhere else. Il Fornello is better than that place for half the cost. Very disappointed.
Not as expected… After reading all the great reviews, we decided to come here to celebrate my birthday. When we came in, the waiter was very pleasant and asked us what want to drink. Afterwards, we told him we have a coupon deal and from then on his attitude completely changed. Throughout our dinner, he ignored us most of the time, he didn’t come by to ask us how our food was as he was too busy watching tv. Half way through our dinner, we were the only customers there, so it was not busy at all. The chef actually helped us wave down the waiter, just so we get can our bill. I ordered the Fried Calamari, it was a big portion but it tasted like rubber. For my main, I ordered the Bucatini Con Pollo, the pasta tasted good but the chicken tasted weird like it wasn’t fresh. Overvall, the service and food wasn’t that great, I wouldn’t come back even if there was another deal.
Private Function. We had a private function at Piatto Vecchio and the food was fantastic. The antipasto platter contained something for every palette, the gnocchi were perfect and the our chicken and shrimp were delicious. The service we received rounded out the experience. Great quality food and service.

Will Be Returning!. Had a wonderful family dinner Friday night,food was great .I recommend the antipasto platters there not on the menu but if you ask your waiter they will accommodate .We were ten people and they brought us platters that were beautiful, delicious & huge! The main course dishes were a hit with everyone young and old.
