Great experience, Great place for great moments…Very interesting place. We were there as a group of 27 people. An amazing experience. Amazing Experience. The waiters were fantastic. The food was very good as was the service & live band.In my opinion here is very professional place for any celebrition like wedding, birthday & … we had too many celebrations in this restaurant because here is very good place for our happy moments.
Great night with super food & live musicWe were at the restaurant for a birthday celebration. Service from the time we arrived was excellent. The owners and managers have obviously take the time to train their staff properly.The food choices were unique and beautifully described on the menu but even better explained by our waitress. With her guidance we chose a number of dishes to share and were not disappointed. Vegetarian choices were as unique as the others and extremely tasty.
Authentic Options, Great Atmosphere, Fantastic live music bandHad heard many positive comments about this restaurant in the past and recently had the opportunity to be there for a party with family and friends. The food was very good as was the service. Prices we felt were in line with expectations and we left knowing we would assuredly recommend Shiraz Restaurant to friends and that we would be back.
I’ve eaten at Shiraz twice and have had great food, but abysmal service. I wonder if it was because I’m a white girl who doesn’t speak Farsi, but whoa. We were seated with reservations just before a large party came in and luckily ordered promptly. The server was rude. He ignored us after we ordered, so we sat waiting to see a desert menu after we ate. He never came back. I asked the manager for a menu and placed our desert order. A half hour passed, still nothing. When the deserts finally came there were two of four. Then the third came with a hair baked into it. My 7 year old’s desert never came. How do you explain that to a kid? Wildly disappointing, especially for what was meant to be my birthday dinner. Worst. Service. Ever.
Rude, overpriced, understaffed, horrible service. Food price is overcharged for the service and quailty. been there twice and both times the same outcome. will refuse to see my family to witness this rude service again. food was slow to come out, some party members waited 20mins for while others had their plates. when we asked about the delay, they made it sound as it is an excepted practise and we were wrong to ask. would not wish this on any person trying to host an event.
Great job. I love shiraz restaurant. The food, service, music are excellent. We had my sons engagement party there and everyone had a wonderful time there. I will definitely recommend shiraz restaurant to others.
They MUST TRAIN their Servers !!! Smae old people doing the same poor job!!. They have expanded ! but it doesn’t mean they know the way!Servers needs to do some personal hygiene!deodorant! management needs to hire more !we went there for a function about 20 people! the server who basically runs like crazy! to cover many tables!!! found out my food was not even placed !!! so my entire!!! friends finished their food when I’ve got mine!!!!I agree with another comment that their server just come to you may be twice!!!!at the beginning and at the end!!!!!!!!!! it is just ridiculous!I went there many times! just because of the music!!!! the rest is not the greatest!!!PLEASE for god sake train or retrain your servers!!!!09 Sep, 2014They need to TRAIN their Servers !!!.
