I don’t know how to explain this, but it’s good.
This was one of the places I had wanted to visit. But I regretted coming. The restaurant was literally a ‘steam kitchen’ and I was steamed. It was very hot and the waiters claimed the ac was on, which I doubted as I was sweating buckets . Perhaps the ac was broken? I dont know but it created a very uncomfortable dining experience. The food was very bland. For the price they charged and for what was actually offered was very disappointing. I didn’t take any pics because the food was very plain and I was very eager to leave because the second I stepped out of the restaurant, it felt like paradise as the cool air hit my face. I will not be returning back unfortunately because I’m definitely not in the mood to be steamed again anytime soon!
STAY AWAY! FALSE ADVERTISING AND WILL BLATANTLY LIE TO YOU FACE.. , , , Beware, false advertising at this location. Prices on your bill could be different than what’s posted in store. The Manager blatantly lied to my face and could not justify the reason why I was overcharged. Stay away.
Great Discovery. We were looking for somewhere that sold dumplings — this wasn’t it however, it was a great discovery! When we arrived it was very busy and we waited about 10 minutes for a table. Finally we were seated at a table for two and ordered our dinner. The first dish was noodles with egg and shrimp, followed by chicken and fresh veggies and finally tilapia. Everything was excellent, especially the fish which was significantly bigger than those we get out west. A mark of a good Chinese restaurant is the lack of non-Asians, there were only two of us. This is a serious Chinese restaurant!
A healthy alternative. Chinese food doesn’t have to be deep fried or greasy. Steaming is a technique to bring out the true taste of ingredients. This restaurant is definitely my new fav. Give them a chance. Also a good idea to bring parents or elders for a hearty meal.
