Ordered via delivery on Just Eat. The food arrived quickly, but the packaging could use some improvement as the soup ended up all over the bag. I got the falafel wrap + lentil soup combo, and enjoyed the wrap but found the soup to be quite bland and needing a lot of extra seasoning. The pistachio rolls are quite tasty, and the hummus is delicious! Will definitely order from here again when I’m craving falafel & hummus!
The delivery service is horrible. The food is tasty but not at all worth the long wait. Two separate occasions we ordered from their website and were extremely disappointed – the first time the order came 2 hours late and we got a pitiful excuse that the cook took long and was assured it wouldn’t happen again. On the second occasion the order was taking a long (1.5 hours) so I called the restaurant and the manager said they just saw my order because their online system was flawed, that he would get it out to us as soon as possible and would throw in a couple of extra free items. My family and I were regular customers (average, order, once per week) was waiting for over an hour, with no follow-up and the only offering to rectify the screw up was a couple of free items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WANT PROMPT VALUED SERVICE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
Great Food. Mersin Med. Cuisine has the best chicken shawarma in town, it is very juicy and flavoured. The freshly cooked falafel and hot creamy lentil soup are my favourite. This place garlic and hot sauces are very special. I have eaten there many times and I always enjoyed it. I always find the place very clean and neat. I highly recommend it.

THE BEST FOOD EVER…. I never had food like that before. This restaurant has amazing mediterranean food. Also i like to try turkish beer,tea,coffee,and baklava:) I never had any problem. Keep continue to make best food guys:)
Mersin Mediterranean is a great place with friendly staff..I know those nice people personally they are the kindest people around..some of you diner must have nothing to do but play around. .come on guys leave it alone.keep yourself busy with something that matters in this world.
Lots of good reviews for this place so I was excited to try it but the food was MEH. Nothing special here.
