Without a doubt, the best take-away Chinese cuisine I have found in Toronto to date. Rice & Noodle is primarily fast, Westernized Chinese food, so keep your expectations in that range, and you will be incredibly happy. This is where you get your fix of crispy chicken balls and soft noodles smothered in black bean sauce, with packaged fortune cookies to end your feast on a high note. My new go-to for fast take-away or delivery — super tasty, super quick, and super affordable. #comfortfood
