Great spot for breakfast or brunch. The service is super warm and inviting. The portions are generous so make sure you’re hungry. They have a nice patio out front when the weather permits. Definitely one of my neighborhood go-to places!
Went with two friends. Two of us had the eggs benedict special and one had the regular eggs benny. The special was good, I enjoyed it all and the side of potatoes. The regular not as good. It did not look appetizing and the ham was just lunch meat. Service was good and price was fair; $12 for the special.
This morning we took my daughters out for breakfast here. One daughter has just moved into the area and we wanted to check out a good breakfast spot.Atmosphere- It looks very inviting when you enter it. The tables were quite full but we were lucky enough not to have to wait for a booth in the back next to the open kitchen. The booth is small and uncomfortable ( wooden bench) but the warmth from the waiter helped to have us look forward to the meal.Food- We ordered the following- 1) Spinach ,feta, and walnut crepe with fresh fruit. The dish looks better than a Coras dish at a portion of the cost. The fruit selection was also better. Orange slices, cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries, bananas and grapes. Thumbs up from daughter A. 2) Strawberry and almond french toast looked delicious surrounded by fruit. it was a work of art. We paid the extra $2 for pure maple syrup and we were glad it was offered. Daughter B loved it. 3) Husband had regular breakfast special with bacon and home fries. Hard to go wrong with this dish but my husband did say the fried potatoes were home made and extra delicious, bacon cooked crispy like most people prefer I think. 4) I had a goat cheese omelette with spinach, red pepper and salsa. I loved it. the goat cheese just spread on top of omelette. I also liked the fruit selection with this dish.Service- Very friendly. Fast with ordering and being served. They have a high turnover of people it appeared this Saturday morning. The waiter and one of the cooks both waved good bye as we left.Impression- We will be back for breakfast again for sure.
Terrible. The service was bad and the food was awful. Huevos Rancheros came out on a cold tortilla, with unseasoned beans (literally were out of a can), and unmelted cheese. Also, they shouldn’t call themselves a crepe restaurant when there are three crepe choices. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
A side of FLU with that?. BARF-O-Rama! Cashier gleefully coughed all over me as I ate my crepe at the table on other side of the register, UGH. A pasteboard taste to the crepe, and stale, chewy reheated texture . WHO the hell reheats a crepe? Also, pancakes and crepes are served with real or whipped butter NOT sachets. Wake up ppl! Eck, bleegh
Bleh. Mediocre food. Terrible service. Even though it was a weekday morning and maybe two other tables there, it took forever to get a cup of coffee. And the waitress couldn’t have cared less when I was appalled that a $2 side of bacon turned out to be two small paper-thin strips. I won’t be back.
