Horrible. I was supposed to get a custom made cake for my boyfriends birthday this Saturday and they approved my order over the phone and sent a confirmation email as well. I paid for the cake and everything but they failed to tell me that they were going under renovations starting Saturday 4th. I arrived at the bakery at the time of my pick up and they were closed. No one from the bakery reached out to me to cancel my order and no one from the staff mentioned anything about their business being under renovation on the date of my pick up. This was ridiculous because the business should have known weeks in advance that they would be closed and unable to make my cake. I did not have a cake for my party due to this. The staff is very disorganized and unprofessional. I still have not heard back from them with their explanation.

Sweet stuff. This is a lovely little bakeshop. Cup cakes are the specialty. They also do a lot of catering. I will keep this in mind when I need to order birthday cakes in the future. I looked through some photos of their past baked goods. Wow are they ever creative!

Yummy!. Met Morag, through a friend and wow. They do an amazing job. Phenomenal treats! Carrot cakes and any cupcakes are sure to impress! Eat up!
