To start Ill say that kalbi was excellent – tender and tasty and looked perfect. Would have it again. It pains me to say though that I was very unhappy with most everything else although Ive heard others have loved it here. Service was scattered with many needing to check with others for various matters that couldve been easily solved. Limited beverages, no ice, waiting for napkins and cutlery and chopsticks etc. Bulgogi was the worst Ive ever had – possibly an unlucky day as it was dry and cold and had. I flavour. Chapchae noodles clumpy and cold in parts – I am sure reheated items. Went to pay the bill and had to wait – felt like people not trained to deal with things. Mentioned politely that they should alert the kitchen about their dishes just to help out. Seemed oblivious without regret. So, this lover of Korean food will not be back.
