Good but, just kind of expensive…so we cant go as often………..if they made it more affordable my family n friends would go more often. Common $10 for one dish? No thanks!
Great Hakka. Cheap as hell. Must try is the Chicken pakora. Spicy and great with your alcohol. The rest of the food is great too, amazing portions and good service. Super value for money.
The best Hakka IMO. I’ve been trying a lot of Hakka food in the GTA, with so many disappointment, this is still my favorite Hakka Chinese Restaurant. Best flavor, portion and price. To be honest, the taste did change a little after they opened the second restaurant, I believe the chef who used to cook here went to the new location but it’s still good overall. My must order dishes are Chicken Pakora, Singapore Rice Noodle, Garlic Chicken, Hot and Sour Soup, Manchurian Chow Mein…It’s not a big restaurant, so if you plan to dine in with a big party, go early or I would suggest you to go to the other location, it’s bigger over there. And they are always busy, so even for take out, make sure you give them at least half an hour to be ready.
Good food, but pity for the rushed service.. The food is great and the price/portion ratio is wonderful. This had always been my favourite Hakka restaurant (always ordered Chili Chicken and Manchurian Fried Rice… yum.)But as of late, the service seems to be going downhill. Every time my friends and I come here, we always feel like we’re being rushed out. We understand that they’re a busy restaurant and they have a lot of customers, but do they need to force the bill on us when we’re not yet done enjoying our meal?Not the best for dine-in. We’ve been going less and less because of this.
