Thought I would try this bakery as the website made reference to its European/German roots. I was looking to purchase a baked good for some German friends to help them celebrate a birthday. Counter staff were not friendly, nor were they helpful. I ended up purchasing some strudel, but left disappointed. Doubt I will be back.
One of the best bakeries I’ve ever been too….. Where would you like me to start? At the wonderful smell of bread baking as you walk up from outside? Or the sweet coconut macaroons? The Italian pizza or the raw make at home pizza dough, amazing Danishes and triple chocolate cookies! If you happen to be in Scarborough or hell just make the drive… A must try for all lovers of fresh baked
Peach pie is now available!! Yippee..this place is the best Bakery shop ever! Always fresh! They have pies (peach, apple, apple crumble, blueberry) strudels, Danish, bagels and much more! A staple in Scarborough for many years. Only discovered it last year! Things sell out fast so you can order the day before online or by phone. They also sell gluten-free products!
