Came here for lunch with 8 other people. Food is great, fresh & tasty. The space was modern & clean. I love that the chopsticks didn’t feel filmy & sticky like some other Vietnamese places I’ve been to. Also it was a really nice touch for them to wrap their forks in napkins before placing them in the dispensers at the tables.The Pho with beef was really flavourful and not salty. The plates of bean sprouts, they give you to garnish with was fresh & clean. The spring rolls come with a small bowl of fish sauce & chopped garlic. They seem to care about the little details. Everything was great & we had a really pleasant experience.
Dont bother. Bad customer service, could not get the orders correct, we recieved other tables orders, we recieved out appitisers after our main coirse and they do not take food allergies seriously. Food was average!
There food is very good. They have a variety to choose from and their summer rolls are delicious! But if you are a student, they already think bad of you. My friends and I go after school sometimes and they won’t let us sit at a certain table. The person that’s in charge makes us sit near the cash register so he can see us which isn’t very fair. Other than that, their food is really good, but what’s stopping me from going there is how bad of service they have to students.
The food is fine but don’t have the bubble tea. We ordered two of them but the tapioca were clumpy. I asked about it and the waiter said that his manager said that was how it was suppose to be.I have had enough bubble tea to know that they are not suppose to be that way. So much of customer service.
I was just reading the reviews-had to recheck the name and address of the restaurant to be sure it was the same one we attend as we’ve only had positive experiences with it. In a nutshell, food has been tasty, service prompt and courteous. Totally bewildered about the the 180 degree reviews posted.
Oh man this is a very bad restaurant in term of food quality and service. It is not cheap, $10 for a medium pho and it is tasteless. Don’t go to this restaurant or be treated like some kind of alien when all the servers standing there and staring and laughing at you while you eating.Seriously!!! You want delicious viet food?better go to those at Jane-Finch area. My 2 cents.
