Absolutely the worst customer service. No matter when you go you have to wait 20 mins minimum even if youre the only customer in the restaurant. Poorly ran. Today I waited 30 mins for a simple donair and when it was time to pay the lady tells me that they only accept cash. Smh. You dont think you shouldve told me that when I made the order in the store so I dont waste my time. Do not go here. Better options are Raj kapuri or chakula hut for your East African eats.

Have had better food. The food is not at all what they claim to be. Also, It is not worth the price you pay for the food. Small portions and over priced. The chutneys are water-downed. I cannot recall if they passed the inspection yet. The Staff most of them unfriendly. Do yourself a favour, spend your money some where else where you get good service, good food and good price. It is definitely not from Pili Pili.
