Nice workers. Was in there on Sunday and this was the first time i been there in a year because i didn’t particularly like the owners i found them to be rude but i went back hoping to give it a second chance the owners were not there so this time i had a positive experience there was a young guy and a young girl working there. The young girl that made my pita was very nice and helpful . As for the guy he was nice as well. nice to know the workers aren’t rude like the owners.
Restaurant cleanliness!. I was at the kennedy rd. pita pit in Scarborough on Saturday, October 18th 2014 at approx: 5pm. When I walked in there was 2 servers. There was not one customer in the place. I took notice that not one table had been wiped off, which all had crumbs and food particles on them, as well the floors were the same. I do love pita’s, as well the pita’s that we did order were good, we had to wipe off our own table. With no one in the place that would be your opportunity to clean up quickly. The young man that served us at cash was very personable but the young girl was not. Not even smiling or speaking once! Pita’s are very good and a good healthy choice, but I don’t feel the place itself was healthy!
Bad customer service. The girl working had very poor customer service. When I walked in she didn’t even look at me for about 5 minutes I was ready to walk out. Finally the guy working asked me what I wanted. It took them a very long time to even start making my pita he was texting in between and I questioned sanitation. The girl started making my pita there was hardly any lettuce left and she was very rushed and rude. She didn’t refill the lettuce at all. I finally got out of there after about 20 minutes for 2 smoothies and 1 pita (meanwhile the place was pretty much empty) and I don’t think I will be returning.
Amazinf service the young staff really displays the cilture of friendly healthy living . food was fresh !! & place is beautifull #bestinthecuty
Pita Pit Rocks!. This is one of the best places in Scarborough to enjoy healthy, fast food. The staff is friendly, and go out of their way to customize your selection!
Always clean, good, and fresh.healthy too.
