Haugens chickan is just a place where old car guys and want to be bikers show up to eat mediocre chicken AT BEST. The reals action takes place in the biker parking lot which means of course screws are everywhere, If you are family people I would go some where else.
Eat at Haugen’s Chicken & Ribs Barbecue today only because it was convenient and absolutely loved it. Some of the best chicken and ribs I’ve ever had. Wait staff was friendly and service was quick. Highly recommended.
Good Experience. 4 of us visiting from Peterborough after seeing it on Food Network. The food was very tasty, hot and generous portions. Good service. Carrie, our waitress was excellent and so helpful, heating a baby bottle and taking our picture. I loved the ribs and their festive dinner included amazing home made dressing (stuffing) and the chicken gravy was the best ever. Crispy home cut fries. Only cranberry portion was small – would have liked more. Coconut cream pie was very good! I liked the coffee too so all in all, worth the drive!
