By far the best place to eat in Port Perry. I eat a lot of authentic globally ethnic cuisine in Toronto and I have to say the butter chicken and beef curry are some of the best I’ve ever had, Ever! Also the trout and and prime rib are so good, as is the mac and cheese, soups and salads. You really can’t go wrong. Prices are very reasonable. Often I’m surprised when the bill comes at how little it is compared to similar quality places. Marwan’s is truly fantastic.

We recently discovered Marwan and had a very enjoyable and delicious meal . The staff were very friendly and service was prompt . The only downer is that they are so far from home but definitely worth the drive
Best food in Port Perry. My wife and I have enjoyed many great meals at Marwans. He has just recently added a few new items to the menu and they are all amazing. The staff, food and atmosphere keep us coming back and our kids really enjoy it as well. One of the best restaurants in Port Perry.
Most Excellent…. We moved to Port Perry from Montreal several years ago, and we are always looking for good restaurants at a reasonable prices… Marwan’s is certainly that, nice ambiance, great food, good service. I would rate it as currently best restaurant in Port Perry… with Honorable mention to: Harp and Riley’s, Olive and Pickles, Jesters… Kudos to all the staff who worked so hard to make this a great dining experience.
A must visit in Port Perry. Excellent meal at Marwan’s Global Bistro in Port Perry. The vegetarian Curry dish was fantastic…very authentic! The steak and Nan bread with Gruyere Cheese was amazing. Prices were great and service impeccable. We will definitely be back!
….as we got into the car to leave Port Perry, we saw the new restaurant, Marwan’s Global Bistro and thought, heck, let’s go in……and SO glad we did. Great atmosphere, excellent service and even better food! I made a special request to have chicken w/ my papaya salad and it was accommodated without a problem. Delicious. My husband’s steak and havarti sandwich w/ fresh greens was fantastic. (He told me so AND I had a bite.) Looking forward to the NEXT time we’re in Port Perry….we’ll make a point to drop in again. Excellent. Congrats to the staff @ Marwan’s.
Quaint atmosphere and an excellent cuisine. A wonderful meal and freshly prepared cuisine. Marwan’s provided an unhurried atmosphere to dine with friends. We never felt as if we were being rushed out of the door. Service was perfectly timed on all accounts. I will definitely return to Marwan’s and bring family, friends and colleagues.
