I had the pulled pork on a bun with a side of onion rings, and the serving size is huge! The pork was very tender and juicy, and you could taste the great smoke flavour. I only wish the BBQ sauce was a little sweeter, and that the onion rings were more crisp- they were a bit soggy so I didn’t finish them all.
Outstanding Ribs And Wings. I’ve eaten BBQ all over the Southern U.S.A. and I know my barbecue! I discovered this gem by chance while filling up at the Esso gas station next door. We arrived that night, which was only their second night in business. We ordered the 9 bone rack of ribs and a pound of their wings, both with the special house BBQ sauce. Sauce options are mild and hot and we ordered hot for both the wings and ribs. The sauce is out of this world and the wings are amongst the best I’ve ever had. The ribs are fall off the bone outrageously good. As they say on TV…….You gotta eat here! Truly amazing food! Eric in Uxbridge, Ontario
