Steve Strack has been cooking up cajun style and BBQ goodness for over 30 years. Located out of Burketon, Ontario servicing the areas of Scugog, Kawartha, and Durham region. Our portable smoker and grills allow us to come to you! We are available to cater any type of party weddings, private parties, banquets, and corporate events. We can easily accommodate functions from 25 to 500 people. We are able to work with any budget, and also offer a Do-It-Yourself option where we deliver the food, and you serve it and sit back and enjoy the compliments!
