It’s unfortunate because Crabby Joe’s in general has great food and pretty decent service. This one in particular is just bad. You’re always forgotten, as there is not enough waitresses working. There’s usually one girl for the entire restaurant, bar and dining side, not to mention no hostess and that is just ridiculous. We’ve stood waiting at the front door while it’s been dead slow for a very long time simply because no one looks over to see us standing there. Food is a hit and miss. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s awful. Service is usually poor. I love their wings on a Tuesday night but the way this place is run deters me from going and enjoying it. Needs a revamp.

The name has nothing to do with how the food tastes or the service is. Do you hate Jackastors too?

This was a terrible dining experience. First off our appetizer was forgotten when main course arrived my baked potato was hard and lukewarm the grilled veggie wrap was disgusting the cooking staff must have put 1/2 cup of pesto on the wrap whic not onlyade it salty beyond belief it made it inedible. I would have gladly expressed my disgust to our server however, she never made the pass through to see how things were. When she did arrive to clear table I expressedy displeasure and she collected my still full plate and said sorry no effort to fix a full charge on a dish I couldnt eat. When I told het to make sure we were not charged for appetizer her comment was oh it didn’t get to the table? Terrible service terrine food never again and I will ensure that my friends treat this establishment with caution.
