Not impressed. Had our anniversary dinner here and the ribs where over cooked and dry so sent them back. Waiter was told to leave the ribs on the bill. NOT I told him I didn’t eat them so he went to ask someone and came back and said he will take them off and deal with it later. I said let me talk to your boss he said NO. Strange I think. Order apps and was not even finished and main dish came out. Holy crap no timing at all had a table full of food going cold. Well we won’t be back.
Family Birthday Gone Bad!!!. We made a reservation for 5:30pm on a Wed night to celebrate our daughters birthday. We arrived on time and even though I was advised by a friend to let the waiteress know that we were on a time line I decicded against as previous visits we had been in and out of the resturant in pleanty of time~ my mistake I should have listened to her! 30 minutes after placing our order we still had not gotten our food and the waiteress went by once in the first 10 minutes that we were seated to see if we needed a refill but then didn’t have her approach our table again until I flagged her down after she stood behind us talking to the family that came in around the same time as us – gotten their order and were preparing to leave… I let her know that three of us were going to have to leave shortly and she apologized and said they were backed up in the kitchen and walked away to roll cutlery in napkins, not going back to the kitchen to see what the hold up was or try and put a push on it!!! Finally after asking her two more times and 55 minutes after our order had been placed let her know that they the three of us had to leave and the rest of the party would wait for their food could we get ours boxed to go?Need less to say I was VERY,VERY disappointed and actually fely like I was going to cry as I walked out because I wasn’t able to have birthday dinner with my daughter– And to make things even worse even though she apologized again to my husband when we left – he wasn’t offered any sort of compensation for the fact that they had towait for over an hour for the meal. Don’t know how soon or when we will going back.

Restaurant was extremely busy, but we were wonderfully take care of. Food was great, and prices are very fair. We will certainly be returning, and telling friends about our nice experience.
NOT GOOD AT ALL!!. Went on New Years eve to enjoy a meal with friends, felt nothing but rushed the whole meal right from ordering drinks. When drinks were ordered white wine came warm VERY warm, when I asked for a new chilled glass was brought ice. Ordered the pub platter for 4 people and was given 1 popper and 2 potatoe skins rest was onion rings and fries. COME ON! Meal was brought out seconds after the platter was so there was no enjoyment of our food and then was asked while still eating if we were going to want anything else for the next reservation was waiting for the table. Our reservation started at 530 and we were kicked out to the bar area at 650 where the waitress acted just annoyed! We would have spent a lot more money if we had the chance to enjoy our time.
I was disappointed at our third visit to the arms. The pickerel was extremely boney-beyond tolerance of a few stray bones. The chicken fingers were cold and overcooked. Our service was minimal waiting 20 min to come check on us and the only reason the waitress did come back was because she was told by the bar/kitchen manager to bring out food to the table next to us and then did not even return promptly so that we could pay our bill and leave. Will be staying away for a little while.
Very nice decor and atmosphere. Bruschetta was delicious, wings were nothing special! A bit pricey.
I was blown away with the new restaurant location and design. The place looks amazing. The food portions are large. It was a busy place and yet the staff seemed to keep up with the flow of traffic. Our food was great and I will be going back. The chicken wings are huge and taste AWESOME.
