NOAL Pantry, a local food eatery is dedicated to Natural Organic Artisan Local. We offer quality ingredients from local growers and producers and in doing so we help to support our local food economy. we use local suppliers and distributors. we purchase few products from publicly traded companies. much of what we offer is either non gmo or organic, we do not use processed foods. we use non gmo sunflower and other non gmo single ingredient oils. we don't use canolo or vegetable oils. we make all our menu items from scratch and do not use mixes or bouillon in our baking, stocks, reductions or gravy. our salad dressings are made w/ kricklewood sunflower oil, franktown on. we offer many gluten free options and our kitchen is nut free. we use sea salt and organic pepper. we offer dining room style meals in a catering atmosphere. we are a full service catering company. We serve real food for real people!
