Was originally told my wait time would be about an hour, an hour later they called (I assumed to say they were here) and told me the driver was running late. I was told it would be another hour before the food arrived. I ordered my food at 5pm and it didn’t arrive until after 7. Was given no apology or offer based on the wait time. Pretty ridiculous. Food wasn’t bad but don’t expect any customer service or speedy delivery
BEST SUSHI IN OTTAWA. This place was a nice surprise in a great location right at the corner of Bank and Hunt Club beside the Harveys. Not only did the location offer so many varieties of food outlets (Harveys, Milanos pizza, African Queen, Pho Mi Bo Ga, Burrito Gringo and a lebanese place too) but the sushi was fantastic. I had the Maki combo as well as some shrimp rolls and the shrimp was huge and all of it was so tasty, probably the best sushi ive ever had. and everyone could get takeout from whatever food type they wanted. definitely go there again.
Friendly Service, Excellent Sushi. My wife and I have been to, or order delivery from, Ottawa Delivery Sushi dozens of times. It is our go-to sushi spot on the South end of the city.The place is unassuming, and the food choices are not overly creative. However, their sushi is always very fresh and tasty, and the staff is extremely friendly (though the wait staff is not particularly trained in proper etiquette). A small miso soup is complimentary when dining in, and they typically throw in an extra freebie at some point during the meal, at least for repeat customers (last time my wife and I each received two scoops of ice cream).For an affordable and delicious option, I highly recommend it!
I ordered and they never showed up! I finally called them after waiting for 2 hours and they’re closed, no answer. Never ordering again.
LONG wait. Over 2 hour wait for my food and I live just down the street. Would not order again.
