1.5hrs to deliver on a Tuesday night, really? Soggy chicken balls, nearly burnt egg rolls. Ordered 4 cans of pepsi and showed up with 4 fountain drinks with ice that had already watered them down to uselessness. Never again!
I ordered delivery tonight from this place. Ok price, have had the food before and enjoyed it.Tonight, they forgot my crispy pork, which was on our bill and we did pay for. I called to ask either for my money back or my food and was called a liar. I was told my food was delivered, so tough luck. The woman on the phone was very rude and kept interrupting me. After being called a liar again, she said maybe she’d check with her store manager and give us store credit. I said again, no, I want to be reimbursed or I want my food delivered. She finally said they’d bring it in 2 hours. I said no, thirty minutes.25 minutes later, the delivery guy showed up with our crispy pork. I tried to explain to him they lost a customer tonight because of the way I was talked to. I tried to tell him the second last time we ordered, it took over two hours to get our food, and we were cool with that, no problem, but this was not ok. He called me a liar again, At this point, I did lose my cool and yelled at him to get off my property.HORRIBLE customer service. I can’t believe I paid someone to insult me, be rude to me, and all around terrible. Save yourself the anger and don’t order their mediocre food.
THE MOST DISGUSTING CHINESE RESTAURANT EVER!. This restaurant is not even a damn star !! the food was NASTY, the rice made me throw up and we wasted money on food we couldnt even bare to eat! never again
Amazing experience. Just ordered a full bag full of food for tonights celebration of New Years eve. Very friendly lady answered the phone, and our meal was here 30 minutes later. Very friendly service by the man who delivered our food as well.First time ordering from this location and I must say no other place compares. We ordered 2 chicken fried rice, and 2 chicken balls, and spring rolls. Everything was incredibly delicious, and such large portions it was really worth the money. Everything was fresh and tasted great. I give them 5/5 stars, and will be ordering from them for now on .
Overpriced and bland.. My husband and I were craving some chinese food on New Years day while visiting my parents in Ottawa. We randomly tried Full Start since it seemed to be the closest and had the best reviews but wow, what a mistake. The food was beyond bland and man, it was overpriced, especially considering the food was not tasty in all…thank goodness we have a selection of sauces to make it edible at home. We should have just ordered pizza!!!
Not my money’s worth. We ordered Fried Rice- goodAlmond Chicken Ding- Good amount of almonds, fair amount of shrimp, but too expensive for such a small portion, and WAY too much brocolli stalksS&S Chicken Balls- ExcellentEggrolls-The service was fast, and food was better then most, however I paid over $70, and NO leftovers???
