Delivery was super quick. Only ordered one souvlaki platter, surprised they deliver for one meal. It was really good. The salad dressing could use a little more flavour, but overall better than I expected
This place has the best shawarmas ever! Very nice service, generous with their food and garlic sauce! I can’t get enough of it! The manager is extremely nice, I’ve never had a problem with this place. Except when the delivery guy was extremely late, I got two free drinks so it worked out really well!

Great customer service and food!!. To the user below sorry but i have had their Lamb before and it was amazing as lamb should be of course there is a percentage of fat in lamb what would you expect it to be dry? Overall, the manager is fantastic and friendly and from when i was instore he has great customer relationships. their delivery is fast and they have Big portions of food. their Pizza is my favourite so far in ottawa Great place to eat and enjoy your meal
Worst customer service at the south end location. Ordered a lamb sharwarma and it was over cooked and had alot of fat on it. Manager told me that they would refund entire bill but it would have to wait until the owner was in the next day. I asked manager to have owner call me on my cell. I ended up having to call because he never phoned! It shows how much they care about the customer. When I did talk to the owner he was arguing with me as to why he should refund the whole bill. But that’s what their manager had told me was going to happen. The only solution was to send another lamb sharwarma!!!! Why would I want another one when the first one was so disgusting. I ended up hanging up. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. I will make sure to tell as many people as I can too.
