Lacking Thai Flavour. Ordered Tom Yum for pickup. Soup was very small, colourless and had no lemongrass aroma or flavour. No bird chilies or spice and one piece of chicken. Disappointed as there is little else in the neighbourhood.

Ordered on Monday and the usual dishes had all different vegetables than normal, which wasn’t horrible, but not what we expected. The chicken dish was off. Half of the chicken tasted like it went bad and I had to spit it out.Too bad – this was out go to place05 Nov, 2014Usually really good, last couple of times weren’t as good. Pad Thai was very dry

Excellent. We’ve eaten here at least five times, it’s always excellent. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful thai food! The shrimpSpring rolls are the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. The chicken green curry was exquisitely tasteful. Service from Fen was wonderful. Try it, you’ll like it! I’ll be back.

Amazing Thai Green Curry!!!. You must try the Thai green curry at Thai Lanna. Hands down, it is the best I’ve had in my life. The food is unbelievably fresh and perfectly cooked. While the service is mediocre and the dcor nothing special, the food more than makes up for these shortcomings. This is a truly a tiny Thai gem hidden in Ottawa.

Ordered for pick up and was told 30 minutes, arrived and was told it would be another 10 minutes. 30 minutes later our food was finally ready, no apology or discount offered for a one hour wait. If we were told an hour in the first place it wouldn’t have been a problem. Will not return.

What it lacks in space, it makes up in the food!. A friend suggested this place for dinner. It’s a small little restaurant in a strip mall where if you blink while driving, you’ll miss it. There was maybe enough seating for 20-25 people so it filled up quickly. But there was a nice ambiance in the restaurant and the servers were friendly. Service was a little slow but, boy, was the food good. I ordered the veggie spring rolls which were delicious and the tom yam soup was phenomenal. Hands down, best soup I’ve ever had. I shared the basil chicken stir fry, pad thai, and a red curry chicken with potatoes. Every thing was amazing, best thai food I’ve had in Ottawa. I recommend making a reservation to guarantee a table but it’s definitely a place you should try! I know I’ll be going back.
