WE were at Oddys (Quality Inn) for trivia night and went to the bar to get pitchers of beer. The beer was Rolling rock and Coors lite . We bought 4 pitchers for our table at 27.80 per pitcher . I couldn’t believe the price and thought maybe this was an error. Please let me know if this really is the price?
Always enjoyed the atmosphere and no complaints about the service but the food quality is slipping badly. Everything tastes bland and looks and tastes like it’s been sitting in a warming tray all day. They used to have nice, fresh rolls but last time, the rolls were some stale blob of dough obviously bought in bulk from a second rate bakery.
Blah… If I had the option to eat day old, homemade breakfast or Ody’s; day old breakfast, with leftover eggs, it is. I have had to eat here for business purposes and as a wedding guest quite a few times and it is never good. I stick to salad, bread and soup when I have to meet here now. The wait staff, bar staff and hotel staff are fantastic but the food tastes like it came right out of a frozen dinner tray. YUCK!
I can’t believe it. I have been there a couple times before.. and was never happy with the food… lacking any type of creativity just tasting bland… but after the last time I will never go there again…. I don’t know what the top managers are doing in that place but they’re absolutely not controlling the workers… they seem to be more concerned with talking to each other and people that they know that come in…. and then to top it off I seen the cook … there’s no way could have been a chef because shoulder absolutely unprofessional manner on coming out onto the floor and acting more concerned with talking to females than worrying about the food…. that place needs to start cleaning house and they should start real soon!!!!!.. why honestly don’t believe that if that place didn’t have a hotel attached they would not be open
I have been there several times for breakfast, lunch and supper. Food is always great and service good. It’s a relaxed and casual atmosphere
Good wings. Dry rubbed wings have no flavour though. I used to work at the Quality inn which houses Ody’s and I can personally vouch that kitchen is clean and the food is good quality. Used to eat the wraps a lot. There was a cook named Matt and we called the wraps Matt-wraps.
