RIPOFF!!!!!!! WHITEY FLUFF!!!. Was going to go to this place cause i recommended by a couple at a gas station not too far away, they said it was a great deal and seem knowledgable about cusine in the greater ottawa area since i was from Toronto but I was wrong. I went to the restaurant and the prices make me sick to my stomach as well as the dishes they were serving to the customers were fluff, and all white. This food at all felt like it was extremely whiteified.
Terrible. Every aspect of this was experience terrible! We ordered 65$ worth of food! It took an hour for it to arrive. They forgot an item, when we called they said they would credit our account. When we actually opened our food, and tried it, we were very disappointed. The only thing we ate were the egg rolls. I decided to call back and say how disappointed we were. The woman on the phone was very apologetic, and said they would credit more to our account for next time. Tonight we tried to order on our discount and they offered us free chicken balls and that was it. We explained the story and we were offered an additional 10%. We declined and will never order from the Lucky Dragon again. These restaurant not only serves disgusting food, but they lie and cheat their customers.
Frustrated. Lucky Dragon Delight Review: Have tried this place a couple of times, first time ordered over the phone, went out and waited 10 – 15 mins for order to be ready, when I got back home (5mins away) it was cold, had to be reheated. I called to complain and ask how it could be? she said sorry will be better next time. Tonight I walked in and ordered 6 egg rolls, and a chicken fried rice, and a garlic sauce. When I got home, only noticed the leak when I walked across the kitchen floor and seen the drips, then went to the car and wet spot on the passengers seat. Seems the garlic sauce lid had a rip in it, they used scotch tape on it, then placed the plum sauce on top. I called to explain the problem, Amy (said to be manager) response was too bad. Says I left her store with food, and wasn’t her problem??? I said it was packaged wrong, she says no, and I must have dropped it! I said if I had dropped it, bag would be busted and on sidewalk, this went from store to car to kitchen. TOO BAD was her reply, once it leaves her place she is no longer responsible. Now wait till Monday to find a place to steam clean my seat, and in this weather! This is the worst service I have ever experience. I will be sure to never step foot in this place again, nor will I ever recommend this to anyone I know looking for Chinese food… Sad when they are close to home, but will go out of my way to find better customer service & FOOD!!!
False Advertising. Unbelievable there add says 20$ in the area 30$ out of the area Delivery. There in Kanata Castlefrank and I live on Castlefrank. They said that I’m out of there area and so I have to make an order 30$ order and magic a 2$ charge. It might be small but I’m not doing any biz with them…
